The Northwest Louisiana Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) is a forum for Northwest Louisiana nonprofits and faith based organizations to share knowledge and information throughout a disaster to help disaster survivors and their community. Members of the Northwest Louisiana VOAD chapter form a coalition of organizations that respond to disaster as part of their mission. The 2017-2018 Chair of Northwest Louisana VOAD is Jim Beadles with St Vincent De Paul Diocesan Council.
