CCNLA provides financial assistance to clients who are in a crisis financial situation for rent or utility payments. A crisis situation is defined as eviction from home or severance of utility service. In order to be considered for tangible assistance, clients must attend a Money School class and then meet with a case manager to assess their financial situation. Clients can only receive assistance for rent or utilities once every twenty-four months.
